BDA is a modern merchandise agency for iconic brands. Helping clients like Starbucks, Orange Theory, and Seattle Kraken create fans and drive consumer passion since ‘84. They’re the OGs, the cream of the crop. And they wanted their website to reflect just that. 

BDA turned to Bonsai to revamp their look and story. They needed a website that would establish them as the best branded merchandise agency worldwide, generate new leads, and attract top talent.

We kicked off with our discovery phase, conducting in-depth interviews and delving into BDA's brand history. We dived deep into analytics, website performance, and competitive research.

Identifying an opportunity to set BDA apart, we presented them as a creative merchandising agency through a modern UX and aligned messaging. We made sure to clearly define BDA's solutions, capabilities, and culture. We highlighted their creative vision and projects while giving their brand a refreshing facelift.

Another area of focus was improving website usability. We developed a clear, database-driven site architecture prioritizing depth over breadth. Getting users to their destination quickly. We implemented prominent call-to-actions, allowed for dynamic content and ensured BDA’s site hit on all search marketing best practices.
