Bonsai is looking for a exceptional project manager with 3-5+ years of experience to manage:

• Website design & development projects

• App development projects

• AR/VR projects

• Digital marketing projects (SEO/SEM/Social Advertising)

 

We're looking for someone who has:

• 3-5 years of Agency experience

• 3-5 years of work experience leading clients through the web and app design/development process (references required)

• Project management certification (a significant advantage!)

• Project-level accounting and reporting experience

• Familiarity with Content Management Systems & proficiency in HTML/CSS/JS

• SEO experience (a definite plus)

• Knowledge of Google Analytics (also a plus)

• Solid technical background

• Solid troubleshooting skills

• Excellent communication and team management skills

 

And someone with expertise in:

• Project & Resource Management
• Client/Account Management
• Vendor/Contractor Management
• Project Accounting
• QA Testing, User acceptance testing, defining user stories
• Clear, actionable communication
• Web & App design best practices
• Web development technologies and processes
• Domain names, DNS, CDN, security (a plus)

3. Technically Savvy - From mastering Photoshop to navigating web technologies (HTML/CSS/JS, Frameworks, server-side technologies, etc.), you possess enough technical prowess to be a formidable force (coding skills are not mandatory).

5. Creativity - Our value stems from your ability to devise creative solutions to challenges.

 

Compensation:

Comp Plan

• $80k to $90k depending on experience
• Plus yearly bonus
