Executive Summary

Who we're looking for: mid-career to senior-level professionals who are either actively or casually considering a career change, between the ages of 28-60.

What to expect: participate in Project Activate's online 4-week career & mindset coaching program as a secret shopper to provide weekly recaps of impressions/feedback/etc. of the program.

When it is: January 4th, 2021 - February 12th, 2021

Compensation: $500 stipend in addition to taking this program valued up to $5000, for FREE.

About Bonsai

We're Bonsai Media Group, a digital marketing agency working with a client who provides online career & mindset coaching who's looking for some participant feedback on their offering. So, we're conducting a Secret Shopper project on behalf of our client, which is why you're here.

About Client

Our client, Project Activate, wants to get a better understanding of the true customer value provided by their program offering, the Dream Job Program (learn how this program has benefitted countless professionals like you). In order to do this, we need a couple of people to participate in their Dream Job Program to get an inside look and provide feedback based on their personal experience within the program. Project Activate's Dream Job Program is a 4-week program to support your ultimate career goals guided by personalized coaching sessions, online course content, and an inspiring community of your peers.

 

Project Timeline

Project Kickoff & Prep | Week of January 4th, 2021

4-week Program Duration | Monday, January 11th, 2021 to Friday, February 5th, 2021

Project Debrief & Wrap Up | Week of February 8th, 2021

 

Project Eligibility

In order to participate in this project, candidates must meet the following criteria:

• currently seeking dream job
• able to invest time and effort into career and mindset development
• able to fulfill contract requirements and responsibilities

 

Project Responsibilities

• Maintain confidentiality of identity and project existence throughout program (For any questions about the project, please only contact Bonsai’s Marketing & UX Specialist at [email protected]).
• Attend each scheduled meeting with Bonsai Media Group’s Marketing & UX Specialist throughout the duration of the project.
• Attend and actively participate in each portion of Project Activate's 4-week Dream Job Program.
• Take notes and pay attention to all parts of the program including all interactions with any member associated with Project Activate.
• Complete the “Candidate Experience & Recommendations” Report each week prepared by Bonsai's Marketing & UX Specialist.
• Screen record and videotape experience throughout the project - capture what it’s like to be a part of the program, including online courses, coaching sessions, personal feelings/takeaways/recaps, etc.
• Synthesize and deliver a program recap detailing overall experience in the program and items of feedback.
• Send all applicable materials to Bonsai Media Group’s Marketing & UX Specialist upon completion of the project.

 

Compensation

• Complimentary Pro or Executive Program packages free of charge
