What to expect

  • Hours: 15 to 20 hours a week
  • Compensation: $25 to $30 an hour
  • Location: Onsite in Seattle (on Lake Union) and remote mix

Job responsibilities

Bookkeeping Responsibilities 

  • Accounts receivable
  • Accounts payable
  • Cash flow analysis
  • Financial reporting (basic)
  • Preparing books for accounting

 

Administrative Responsibilities

  • Organizing and maintaining files and records
  • Data entry
  • Planning and scheduling meetings and appointments
  • Conducting research
  • Preparing and editing correspondence, reports and presentations
  • Making travel arrangements
  • Providing quality customer service
  • Working in a professional environment
